Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Return orders are accepted within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, returns are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds are only provided for original products. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. No refund will be given if the product is found to be altered or damaged.
To book a product, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon shipment.
